From the moment a new stylist joins our team, they undergo intensive, hands-on training under a seasoned Wave Lengths stylist for up to two years before booking his or her first appointment. And Wave Lengths continually provides special training on the latest trends and techniques, so every stylist can earn a reputation for being one of the best in the area.

Sure, it’s a lot of work. But for those who really want to develop their skills and never stop learning, a career at Wave Lengths can be a richly rewarding experience.

While salons tend to come and go, Wavelengths has already stood the test of time, operating under the same name and under the same management for more than 25 years. We can’t help but attribute that, at least in part, to the highly developed stylists on our team—and the consistent results their clients keep coming back for, again and again.
